The subject of this agreement is the establishment of partnerships and the development of effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in order to create conditions for the growth and development of business entities of the parties, create conditions for effective interaction and development of contacts between entrepreneurs, as well as strengthening and development of foreign economic cooperation of business entities, competitiveness and promotion goods, works and services in foreign markets.

The signing was attended by the Representative of the Fund in the Siberian Federal District Oleg Vikhman, the Representative of the Fund in the Southern Federal District Anastasia Moiseeva, Vice-President of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs Vadim Rigovich and Deputy General Director of the Fund for Regional Development of China-Armenia Relations for work with CIS countries Huaijian Miao.

Among the first projects is the joint participation of the parties in the Eurasian-Chinese Forum-Exhibition of Industrial, Trade and Cultural Cooperation “GLOBAL SIB CHINA EXPO” scheduled for November 27-29, 2024 at the Novosibirsk Expo Center. The tasks of the Regional Development Fund for Sino-Armenian Relations include promoting the development of interregional partnership in improving relations between entrepreneurs of our countries and attracting the best representatives of Chinese business to participate in the forum, as well as introducing Russians to advanced technologies, products, goods, services and promising scientific developments Chinese partners.

The Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs is the oldest interregional public organization of enterprise managers and businessmen in Russia, created in 1989.

Entrepreneurs from 51 regions of Russia and foreign countries are represented in more than 50 committees of the Association. Branches and representative offices of the Association operate not only in Russian regions and CIS countries, but also in Africa (Morocco), Asia (China, Vietnam, Mongolia, Cambodia), the USA, Cuba and other countries. The Association cooperates with the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Governments of the Russian Federation, Moscow and the constituent entities of Russia, committees of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the offices of plenipotentiary representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in federal districts, legislative assemblies of regions, and more than 40 associations of entrepreneurs.

The Association helps entrepreneurs in promoting orders, attracting investments and credit resources, establishing a business and ensuring its security, optimizing accounting, developing business plans and feasibility studies, provides consulting, auditing, legal services, organizes free internships and training, distributes free of charge informational and methodological literature on organizing your own business and other problems of economics and law, provides assistance in financing projects, incl. with the receipt of foreign grants, works on the selection and registration of non-residential premises and buildings for rent and ownership.
