“HR ALLIANCE OF BRI COUNTRIES” (HRA-BRI) is an alliance of countries within «ONE BELT,  ONE ROAD» initiative for uniting efforts for elaboration of education programs and professional standards, provision of business solutions in the field of HR and talent management, acceleration of mutual development of member states of the alliance in the fields of economy, trade, culture, education, healthcare, innovations and technology.

The goals of the alliance are:

• Creation of a center of talents in the areas of education, culture, healthcare, technology, etc.
• Creation of an international database of experts and specialists for development of HR industry.
• Exchange of experience in management of human resources.
• Integration of the resources of the members in the fields of education, research and business.
• Uniting governments, social institutions and experts of HR for realization of innovative projects.
