On March 27, 2024 Head of Office of the Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations Tina took part in the Eurasian Forum of National Cultures and Equestrian Traditions "Constellation of the First". The Forum was held in the Presidential Hall of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow with the participation of representatives of 25 regions of the Russian Federation and 18 countries of the world. The event was organized by the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Assembly of Eurasian Nations", the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Association for the Development of Horse Breeding, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Federal State Budgetary Institution "All-Russian Institute of Horse Breeding" and the ANO "Eurasian Center for Equestrian Traditions".
At the forum, representatives of different countries, government agencies, non-governmental and intergovernmental organizations, equestrian industry experts and scientists spoke about international cooperation in horse breeding, emphasizing the important role of the equestrian industry in international exchanges and development. They discussed the need to develop a strategic plan for the development of the equestrian industry to promote the growth of the industry.
Zhang Mu, Deputy Secretary General of the China Horse Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as CHIA), a partner of the Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations, also participated Forum via Zoom and in her speech noted the long-standing fruitful relations with the Russian Federation in the scientific sphere.Oksana Vladislavovna Zhavoronkova, Director of the Horse Breeding Development Association( hereinafter referred to as HBDA), spoke about the Festival "Constellation of the First" reflecting the goals set by the President of the Russian Federation in preserving the history, culture, spiritual values, and multi-ethnic harmony of the country. She also shared information about the ANO "Eurasian Center for Equestrian Traditions," created to strengthen friendly dialogue between regions and states based on the heritage associated with horses, the development of interethnic and international cultural exchanges.
Previously, Dr. Sergey Avanesov, President of the Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations, met with the leadership of CHIA in Beijing (https://chinaarmenia.am/en/news/view/125/) and contributed to the establishment of working contacts between the HBDA, a partner of the Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations (https://chinaarmenia.am/en/news/view/139/) and CHIA .
Currently, the Fund for Regional Development of Chinese-Armenian Relations, together with the HBDA and CHIA , is preparing a program to attract funding for joint programs with the HBDA and CHIA.
